Abstract:
Introduction:Fatigue is an unpleasant mental feeling that has also been shown to decrease physical and mental performance, The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between brain-behavioral systems and chronic fatigue syndrome employes Technical and Vocational Office of Ilam.
Materials and methods: the aim of this study is based on the purpose of the applied research and based on the way data collection is descriptive research. the research community includes all the technical and professional employees of the city of ilam in 2019. from the above mentioned community, 120 people were selected from available sampling method . then the questionnaire was conducted with chronic fatigue questionnaire and behavioral mental systems questionnaire. to analyze the hypotheses, pearson correlation method and regression were used.
Results: According to the research results, there is a positive and significant relationship between driving and chronic fatigue at the level (P = 0.000 r = 0.447). There is a significant negative relationship between entertainment search and chronic fatigue at the level
(r = 0.321, p = -000). There was a positive and significant relationship between reward response and chronic fatigue at the level (P = 0.004, r= 0.264). There is a positive and significant relationship between behavioral inhibition and driver at the level
(P = 0.004, r = 0.244). There is a positive and significant relationship between driver and response (P = 0.004, r = 0.354). Driver scales, entertainment search, reward response, and behavioral inhibition predict 13.5% of the variance of chronic fatigue.
Conclusion: Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between behavioral brain systems and chronic fatigue. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the brain-behavioral systems as an effective factor in chronic fatigue
